Radford University Men’s Basketball was ranked #2 in the Nation in Baseline Out of Bounds offense in 2023-2024

Darris Nichols’ team was ranked #2 in the nation in Baseline Bounds offense in 2023-2024. This accolade was mentioned alongside Kentucky, Baylor, Auburn, and Ohio State, all Power 5 Schools. Radford was the only school in the Top 5 not from a multi-bid league.

Coach Nichols shared, “ In many basketball programs and ours, we consider this “ Special Teams.” We always try to create scoring opportunities in our baseline out-of-bounds system.” Well, they did and are among the top leaders who can prove it. Congratulations Coach!
